                KSGG TOUR GUIDE POLICY
EXPENSES
Our services are provided free of charge. However, you are kindly requested to pay
the actual expenses for a KSGG Guide as listed below:
1) Travel expenses (max 1,500yen/guide) to/from destination and his/her residence
2) Admission fees to temples, shrines, museums, etc
3) Transportation charges during the services
4) Lunch (only when the tour involves lunch time)
5) Other actual tour-related expenses, if any

OTHER CONDITIONS
1) Neither KSGG nor the guides accompanying you are responsible for any injuries,
    or theft and/or damage to possessions that may occur during the services.
2) KSGG will provide a group of less than 5 visitors with 1 or 2 guides and a group of
    more than 5 visitors with more than 2 guides.
3) We do not provide the following tours:
   -Night or overnight tours.
   -Tours for using private or rental cars.
   -Tours for commercial purposes.
4) Our service may not be provided under the following conditions.
   -An appropriate KSGG guide is not available in the terms of schedule, language, etc.
   -We recommend two-week advance notice. However, we will try to accommodate you.
   -Any changes in the initial schedule or plan, which make it difficult for us to provide
     the guide services.
   -The conditions described herein are not agreeable.

We will review and respond to your application within three days(72hours).
